Withdrawal information for FotoboxSuite customers

FotoboxSuite is primarily intended for businesses, photo booth rental companies and event service providers. A statutory consumer right of withdrawal exists only for consumers and only where an applicable distance contract is concluded in an individual case.

Consumers' right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.

Exercising the right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Patrick Loewe, Völkerhausen 16, 31860 Emmerthal, email: info@fotoboxsuite.de, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement. You may use the sample form below, but it is not mandatory.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, payments received from you will be refunded without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the date on which the withdrawal notification is received. The same payment method used for the original transaction will be used for the refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Starting the service before the withdrawal period ends

If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, an appropriate amount may be due for services already provided.

Digital content and digital services

For digital content or digital services, the right of withdrawal may expire in accordance with statutory provisions if you have expressly agreed that performance should begin before the withdrawal period ends, acknowledged that the right may expire, and the other statutory conditions are met.

Business customers have no statutory consumer right of withdrawal. Rights under individually concluded agreements remain unaffected.
