1. General principle

FotoboxSuite currently uses only technically essential cookies and local storage. These support operation, sign-in, security, CSRF protection, portal state and storage of the cookie notice acknowledgement.

2. Technically essential cookies

Technically essential cookies may be used for sign-in, sessions, CSRF protection, security checks, portal status, Google sign-in status and gallery access. Without these functions, the customer portal cannot be provided properly. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and Section 25(2) TDDDG.

3. Local storage

The acknowledgement of the cookie notice is stored in the browser's local storage. This prevents the notice from appearing on every page visit.

4. No tracking

Tracking, pixels, external analytics services, advertising cookies and retargeting are not enabled. If this changes in future, non-essential technologies will be used only with consent to the extent required by law.

5. Browser management

Cookies and local storage can be deleted or blocked through the browser's settings. This may limit some functions, particularly sign-in, portal operation and gallery access.
